Chap. 116.—An ACT to authorize the Board of Supervisors of Chesterfield County,
Virginia, to contract with any person, firm or corporation for the sale of water
from its water supply system at the Court House of said County, at such rates
and upon such conditions as to it may seem advisable. [S B 130]

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That the
Board of Supervisors of Chesterfield County, Virginia, be, and it is
hereby, authorized and empowered to contract with any person, firm
or corporation for the sale of water from its water supply system at
the Court House of said County, at such rates and upon such con-
ditions as the said Board may from time to time decide upon and
require.

2. An emergency existing, this act shall be in force from its
passage.
