1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That the
board of supervisors of Orange county is hereby authorized and em-
powered to, in the name of the county, acquire so much land as may
be deemed necessary for the purpose, at Locust Grove in said county,
and to erect thereon such a community building as the board may deem
proper, and to provide suitable furniture and fixtures for said build-
ing.

2. An emergency existing, this act shall be in force from its pas-
sage.
