1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That the
bridge constructed jointly by North Carolina and Virginia over New
river, in Grayson county, on United States route twenty-one, be
named the “R. A. Doughton Memorial Bridge,” and the State Highway
Commissioner is authorized and directed to mark the same in accord-
ance herewith.
