Chap. 281.—An ACT to amend chapter 342 of the acts of the General Assembly
of 1932, approved March 26, 1932, and known, designated and cited as
the Motor Vehicle Code of Virginia, by adding thereto a new section num-
bered 35-c, prescribing the fees for certificates of registration and license
plates for certain trucks, trailers and semi-trailers used solely for trans-
porting well-drilling machinery. [S B 149]

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That chap-
ter three hundred and forty-two of the acts of the General Assembly
of nineteen hundred and thirty-two, and known, designated and cited
as the Motor Vehicle Code of Virginia, be amended by adding thereto
a new section numbered thirty-five-c, which new section shall read as
follows:
Section 35-c. The fee for the certificate of registration and li-
cense plates to be paid by the owner of any truck, trailer or semi-
trailer, upon which well-drilling machinery is constructed and which is
permanently used solely for transporting such machinery, shall be ten
dollars, and no other or additional fee shall be required for the certi-
ficate of registration and license plates for any such truck, trailer or
semi-trailer.
