1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That not-
withstanding any rule or regulation of the Commission of Game and
Inland Fisheries heretofore or hereafter adopted to the contrary, the
open season for shooting foxes in the county of Rockingham shall
be from October first to March thirty-first of any year.
