Chap. 67.—An ACT to authorize the boards of supervisors of the several counties
and the councils of the several cities of this State to appropriate funds for the
establishment, equipment and maintenance of departments of hand crafts and
domestic arts in the public schools. [S B 124]

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That the
boards of supervisors of the several counties and the councils or other
governing bodies of the several cities in this State shall have authority
to appropriate such sums of money as they may deem proper, for the
establishment, equipment and maintenance of hand crafts and domes-
tic arts departments in the public schools of their respective counties
and cities.
