Chap. 37.—-An ACT to authorize and empower the board of visitors of the
College of William and Mary to sell and convey a certain parcel of land in
the city of Williamsburg. [H B 131]

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That the
board of visitors of the College of William and Mary be, and it is here-
by, authorized and empowered, with the consent and approval of the
Governor, to sell, and convey by proper deed, or deeds, to the pur-
chaser or purchasers, a certain piece or parcel of land lying and being
in James City county, Virginia, on the easterly side of the new James-
town road between said new road and the road known as the old
Jamestown road, and adjacent to the property of W. T. Hodges and
others, and containing approximately one acre.
