W. M. Nieswander, certain real estate in Linville Magisterial District,

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That the
State Highway Commissioner be, and he is hereby, authorized and
empowered to convey in the name and on behalf of the Common-
wealth of Virginia, to W. M. Nieswander, all of the right, title and
interest of the Commonwealth in and to a strip of land thirty-two
feet in width at the north end and six feet in width at the south end
and one hundred and three feet, more or less in length, lying and
being in Linville magisterial district, Rockingham county, Virginia,
about four miles north of Harrisonburg, adjoining the west line of
the right of way of route eleven of the State highway system, and
lying between said right of way and the land conveyed to W. M.
Nieswander by deed from the heirs of David Loker, dated March
seventh, nineteen hundred and thirty-five.
