Chap. 245.—An ACT to authorize the boards of supervisors of the counties of
Franklin and Bedford to make appropriations for the expenses of the judge
of the thirtieth judicial circuit. [S B 361]

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That the
boards of supervisors of the counties of Franklin and Bedford, or
either of them, shall have power and authority to appropriate annually
such sums of money as said boards, respectively, or either of them,
may deem proper, for the expenses of the judge of the thirtieth judicial
circuit.
