Chap. 196.—An ACT to prohibit dynamiting fish in any of the waters in the
county of Russell, and to prescribe penalties for violations thereof; and to
repeal an act entitled “an act to permit the shooting of certain kinds of
fish in certain waters in the County of Russell, during certain times, and the
gigging for said fish in certain waters in Russell County during the open
season,” approved March 27, 1934. [H B 168]

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That it shall
be unlawful for any person to kill any kind of fish by the use of
dynamite or other explosive, in any of the waters in the county of
Russell at any time. Any person convicted of a violation of this act
shall be punished by a fine of one hundred dollars.
2. Be it further enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That
an act entitled an act to permit the shooting of certain kinds of fish in
certain waters in the county of Russell, during certain times, and the
gigging for said fish in certain waters in Russell county during the
open season, approved March twenty-seventh, nineteen hundred and
thirty-four, be, and the same is hereby, repealed.
