Chap. 162.—An ACT to require the Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Board
to refund to certain licensees thereunder any moneys collected by it for li-
censes in excess of the amounts of single annual license taxes. [H B 191}

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That in
any case where a licensee under the Virginia Alcoholic Beverage
Control Act has changed its name or form of organization during
a license year without any change being made in its ownership, and
because of such change has been required to pay an additional license
tax for such year, the Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Board shall
refund to such licensee the amount of such tax so paid in excess of
the required license tax for such year.
Any amount required to be refunded under this act shall be paid
by the State Treasurer out of moneys appropriated to the Virginia
Alcoholic Beverage Control Board, and in the manner prescribed in
section seventeen of the Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Act.
