Chap. 152.—-An ACT to authorize and direct the Director of the Division of
Purchase and Printing to furnish to the law school of any university or in-
corporated college whose law library has been destroyed by fire, out of any
surplus copies on hand and available for distribution, certain copies of the
Virginia Reports and of the Acts of the General Assembly. [S B 116]

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That the
Director of the Division of Purchase and Printing is authorized and
directed to furnish to the law school of any university or incorporated
college in the State whose law library has been destroyed by fire, out
of any surplus copies on hand and available for such distribution,
eight copies of each volume of the Virginia Reports, and two copies
of each volume of the Acts of the General Assembly, or so many
thereof as may be necessary to replace copies of the said volumes which
have been destroyed by such fire.
Nothing in this act shall be construed to require the Director of the
Division of Purchase and Printing to purchase any such copies for
distribution hereunder,
