Chap. 92.-An ACT to provide for the recordation of discharge certificates of
veterans of wars in which the United States has engaged. [S B 157]

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That the clerk
of every circuit or corporation court, or other court in which deeds are
required to be recorded, shall, upon presentation, record, free of charge,
the discharge certificate of any veteran of any war in which the United
States has been engaged.
