1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That section
two hundred and ninety-four of the Code of Virginia be amended and
re-enacted so as to read as follows:
Section 294. The General Assembly shall meet in regular session
on the second Wednesday in January, nineteen hundred and twenty,
and on the second Wednesday in January of every alternate year there-
after. It shall sit at the Capitol in the city of Richmond, but may
adjourn to any other place.
The General Assembly may, by joint resolution, direct the holding
of such session or sessions in the Restored Capitol at Williamsburg,
Virginia, as to it may seem proper.
