Chap. 49.—An ACT to amend and re-enact an act entitled an act to prescribe
the time for the holding of courts of the sixth judicial circuit, approved
March 24, 1926. [S B 119]

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That an act
entitled an act to prescribe the time for the holding of courts of the
sixth judicial circuit, approved March twenty-fourth, nineteen hundred
and twenty-six, be amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:
The time for the holding of the courts of the sixth judicial circuit
shall be as follows:
Lynchburg: Tuesday after the second Monday in February, April,
June, October and December.
Campbell county: Second Monday in January, March, May, July,
September and November.
The judge of such courts may from time to time change the days
for the commencement of such terms or any of them, as provided by
general law.
2. An emergency existing, this act shall be in force and effect on
and after the second Tuesday in April, nineteen hundred and thirty-
four.
