award premiums for groundhog scalps. [S B 144]

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That the
board of supervisors of Grayson county be, and it is hereby authorized,
in its discretion, to award a premium, not to exceed twenty-five cents,
for each scalp of a groundhog, upon satisfactory evidence that the same
was killed within the limits of the county and by the person presenting
the claim therefor, payment of such bounties to be made by the treasurer
on the warrants of the board.
