Chap. 282.—An ACT to authorize the board of supervisors of Prince George
county to fix the compensation of the county clerk for his services as clerk of
said board, at any amount not in excess of $300.00 for any year. [H B 386]

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That the
county clerk of Prince George county shall receive for his services as
clerk of the board of supervisors of said county, such compensation as
may be fixed by said board, not, however, to exceed in any one year
the sum of three hundred dollars.
