1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That it shall
be lawful for any person to snare suckers and carp in the waters of
the Shenandoah river and its tributaries in the county of Rockingham
during the months of November and December in any year, anything
in any other act, to the contrary notwithstanding.
