Chap. 211.—An ACT to amend the Code of Virginia by adding to chapter 142
thereof a new section numbered 3615-a, providing that certificates to pilots
issued by the Board of Pilot Commissioners shall expire on the 31st day of
December, 1934, and on the 31st day of December of each year thereafter, and
providing for proration of license taxes. [H B 324]

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That the
Code of Virginia be amended by adding to chapter one hundred and
forty-two thereof a new section numbered thirty-six hundred and fif-
een-a, which new section shall read as follows:
Section 3615-a.—All certificates heretofore issued by the said board
f commissioners to pilots, which certificates are now in effect, shall
xpire on the thirty-first day of December, nineteen hundred and thirty-
our, and all certificates hereafter issued by the said board of com-
iissioners shall expire on the thirty-first day of December ot the year
or which issued. The license fees or taxes to be paid for such certi-
cates shall be prorated according to the quarter of the year in which
ssued.
