Chap. 147.-An ACT to validate certain conveyances of county real estate, made

prior to January 1, 1920, by county commissioners or boards of supervisors.

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That all deeds
xecuted prior to January first, nineteen hundred and twenty, by a
county commissioner, or commissioners, or board of supervisors, con-
eying any part of the real estate previously acquired by such county
‘or county purposes, are hereby validated, and declared to have effectu-
illy passed the title to the part so conveyed even though the conveyance
hereof reduced the real estate of the county to an area less than the
county was required by law to own at the time of such conveyance.
