Chap. 12.—An ACT to amend the Code of Virginia by adding to chapter 151
thereof a new section numbered 3879-a, authorizing members of non-stock
corporations created under the provisions of chapter 151 of the Code of Vir-
ginia, to hold meetings for the transaction of business of such corporations
without the State of Virginia, and to declare all actions heretofore and here-
after taken at such meetings as valid and binding as if such meetings had been
held in Virginia. [fH B 25]

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That the Code
of Virginia be amended by adding to chapter one hundred and fifty-one
thereof a new section numbered thirty-eight hundred and seventy-nine-a
which new section shall read as follows:
Section 3879-a. The members, by whatsoever name called, of every
non-stock corporation created under and pursuant to the provisions of
chapter one hundred and fifty-one of the Code of Virginia, may hold
any and all meetings for the transaction of the business of such cor-
poration either within or without the State. All actions heretofore
taken, or which may hereafter be taken, at any meeting of the members
of any such corporation held without this State, shall be as valid and
binding as if taken at a meeting held within this State.
