Chap. 36.—An ACT to relieve the counties from matching any part of the motor

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That no
county in this State shall be required to match any part of the motor
vehicle fuel tax distributed to the counties for use in the maintenance
or construction of county highways and bridges, anything in any act or
statute to the contrary notwithstanding.
