1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That chapter
two hundred and fifty-two of the Acts of Assembly of eighteen hun-
dred and eighty-four entitled an act to provide for working of roads in
the counties of Chesterfield, Powhatan and Goochland, and all acts
amendatory thereof be, and the same are hereby, repealed.

2. An emergency existing, this act shall be in force from its
passage.
