Chap. 347.—An ACT to amend and re-enact section 542 of the Code of Virginia,
as heretofore amended by an act approved March 22, 1920, relating to county
levies for forest protection, improvement and management. [H B 246]

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That section
five hundred and forty-two of the Code of Virginia, as amended by an
act approved March twenty-second, nineteen hundred and twenty, be
amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:

Section 542. The board of county supervisors of the several coun-
ties of this State are hereby authorized to levy and appropriate money
for purposes of forest protection, improvement and management.
