Chap. 345.—An ACT to prescribe how, and for what purpose, gifts of money,
entrance fees and concession fees, and certain other funds accruing from, on
account of, or to the use of any State park, or parks, shall be used. [H B 279]

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That gifts of
money, entrance and concession fees, and all funds accruing from, on
account of, or to the use of State parks or any State park acquired or
held by the State commission on conservation and development, other
than regular or specific appropriations made by the general assembly,
shall be deemed, unless otherwise specifically provided, to constitute a
revolving fund under the direction and control of the commission,
which may be expended in the conservation and development of State
parks or of any State park acquired or held by the commission; and no
unexpended part of such fund shall revert to the State treasury at the
close of any fiscal year until and unless specific provision therefor is
made by an act of the general assembly.
