Chap. 303.—An ACT for the relief of the estate of Geo. B. Keezell, deceased, late
treasurer of the county of Rockingham. [S B 168]

Whereas, as the result of errors in calculations, George B. Keezell,
then county treasurer of Rockingham county, paid into the treasury of
Virginia as excess fees for the years nineteen hundred and twenty-nine
and nineteen hundred and thirty, the gross sum of nineteen hundred
and fifty-six dollars and sixty-eight cents more than he should have been
required to pay for said years, of which amount, the sum of thirteen
hundred and four dollars and forty-five cents was paid by the State
treasurer into the treasury of the said county of Rockingham, as pro-
vided by law, leaving the residue of six hundred and fifty-two dollars
and twenty-three cents remaining in the State treasury. Now, there-
fore,
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
comptroller be, and he is hereby, authorized to issue his warrant on
the treasurer of Virginia, in favor of W. B. Keezell, R. P. Keezell
and N. H. Keezell, executors of the said George B. Keezell, deceased.
for the said sum of six hundred and fifty-two dollars and twenty-three
cents, payable out of the general funds in the State treasury.
2. That the board of supervisors of the county of Rockingham be,
and they are hereby directed to issue their warrant on the treasurer of
said county in favor of W. B. Keezell, R. P. Keezell and N. H. Keezell,
executors of George B. Keezell, deceased, for the said sum of thirteen
hundred and four dollars and twenty-three cents, payable out of the
general funds in the treasury of said county.
