Chap. 234.—An ACT to repeal an act entitled “an act to incorporate the town of
Tacoma, in Wise county, Virginia, approved March 6, 1890.” [S B 358]

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That an act
of the general assembly of Virginia, entitled “an act to incorporate the
town of Tacoma, in Wise county, Virginia, approved March sixth,
eighteen hundred and ninety,” be, and the same is hereby, repealed.

Provided, that any and all rights or interests vested under the law,
in view of the former existence of the said charter of incorporation
of said town, be, and the same are hereby, maintained and preserved.
