Chap. 202.—An ACT for the relief of W. B. Cassel. [H B 351]

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
comptroller be, and he is hereby, authorized to issue a warrant on the
treasurer of Virginia, in favor of W. B. Cassel, of Wytheville, Vir-
ginia, in the sum of one hundred and twenty-five ($125.00) dollars,
the same being hereby appropriated to be paid the said W. B. Cas-
sel for the value of two cows of his that accidently got hold of some
paint in a can stored in one of the sheds occupied by the State high-
way department on Mister Cassel’s property, and the lead of the
paint killed the cows, the said sum to be paid out of funds in the
State treasury appropriated for the construction and reconstruction of
State highways and to meet federal aid.
