Chap. 191.—An ACT to present to the Honorable Harry Flood Byrd former
governor of Virginia, the chair in which he sat while governor, and to allow
the present governor and each succeeding governor to take with him on the
expiration of his term of office the chair occupied by him. [S B 341]

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
governor of Virginia be and he is hereby authorized to present in
the name of the Commonwealth to Honorable Harry Flood Byrd,
former governor of Virginia, the desk chair in which he sat during
his term of office; and that hereafter each governor on the expira-
tion of his term be and is hereby authorized to take with him the
desk chair he occupied while governor.
