1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That route
number four hundred and nineteen of the State highway system, con-
necting route number four hundred and seventeen and four hundred
and eighteen, and any and all extension of the same be, and it is here-
by, designated as “Huguenot highway,” and the State highway commis-
sion is authorized and directed to appropriately mark said highway
accordingly.
