1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That an
act entitled an act authorizing the voters of a certain section of Ches-
apeake district, Elizabeth City county, to vote for a fence law and
gate across the public road, approved March eighteenth, eighteen hun-
dren and eighty-four, be, and the same is hereby, repealed.
