Chap. 57.—An ACT to fix and establish the terms of the circuit court of Prince

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That in
addition to the regular terms of the circuit court for the county of
Prince George as now ordained and held in the months of January,
May, July and November of each year, there shall be also a regular
term of said court which shall commence in each year on the third
Tuesday in March, and also a regular term of said court which shall
commence in each year on the third Tuesday in September.

2. That all former acts, or portions of any former act, in con-
flict with the provisions of this act, be, and they are hereby repealed.

3. An emergency existing, it is further enacted that this act shall
be in force from its passage.
