Chap. 465.—An ACT to appropriate to the commission of fisheries for the
years ending June 30, 1931, and June 30, 1932, the revenues collected and
paid into the State treasury by the commissioner of fisheries, his employees,
agents, and inspectors during the aforesaid years, in excess of the amount
of $79,115.00 appropriated annually to the commission of fisheries by the
general appropriation bill enacted by the general assembly of 1930, known
as house bill No. 257, excluding from such appropriation revenues collected
and paid into the State treasury by the aforesaid commissioner, his employees,
agents, and inspectors which are segregated by law for expenditure for
specific purposes. [S B 400]

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That in addi-
tion to the amount of seventy-nine thousand, one hundred and fifteen
dollars, appropriated annually in the general appropriation bill enacted
by the general assembly of nineteen hundred and thirty, known as house
bill number two hundred and fifty-seven, to the commission of fisheries,
there is hereby appropriated to the aforesaid commission all revenues
collected and paid into the State treasury by the commissioner of fish-
eries, his employees, agents, and inspectors during the years ending
June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and thirty-one and June thirtieth, nine-
teen hundred and thirty-two, in excess of the aforesaid amounts of
seventy-nine thousand one hundred and fifteen dollars appropriated an-
nually to the commission of fisheries, provided, however, that such addi-
tional appropriation shall be expended only with the governor’s approval
and provided further that the provisions thereof shall not apply to
revenues collected and paid into the State treasury by the aforesaid
commissioner, his employees, agents, and inspectors which are segre-
gated by law for expenditure for specific purposes.
