Chap. 415.—An ACT to amend and re-enact sub-section (c) section 21, chap-
ter 33, acts of assembly, 1927, entitled an act to reorganize the administra-
tion of the State government, making the commissioner of public welfare,
ex-officio, a member of certain boards and agencies. [S B 235]

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That sub-
section (c), section twenty-one, chapter thirty-three, acts of assembly,
nineteen hundred and twenty-seven, shall be amended and re-enacted so
as to read as follows:

Sub-section (c). Section 21. Associated agencies.—The general
board of directors for the control and management of the State hos-
pitals for the insane, the several special boards of directors for the
State hospitals for the insane and the colony for the epileptics and
feeble-minded, Virginia commission for the blind and the State prison
board are retained, and the commissioner of public welfare shall be a
member, ex-officio, of the board or boards of directors of all institu-
tions and agencies associated in the department of public welfare.
