1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That it shall
be unlawful for any person to hunt, kill or capture squirrels in the
county of Stafford between January thirty-first and November fif-
teenth of each year; provided, that residents may hunt, kill or capture
squirrels on their own land at any time. ,

2. Any person violating any of the provisions of this act shall be
deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
