1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That in the
county of Sussex, in this State, it shall be unlawful for any person to
hunt, kill or capture deer between January first and October fifteenth,
of any year; provided, however, that dead deer may be possessed five
davs after the close of the open season herein provided.
