Chap. 379.—An ACT to regulate the baiting of wild ducks on the Pamunkey

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That it shall
be unlawful to bait ducks on the Pamunkey river after the season closes
for shooting ducks, nor more than two weeks before the season opens.
2. Any person violating the provisions of this act shall be fined not
more than one hundred dollars and imprisoned not more than thirty
days, either or both.
