Chap. 339.—An ACT to repeal sections 397, 398, 399, 400 and 401 of the tax

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That sections
three hundred and ninety-seven, three hundred and ninety-eight, three
hundred and ninty-nine, four hundred and four hundred and one of
the tax Code of Virginia, be, and the same are hereby, repealed. This
act shall be in force on and after January first, nineteen hundred and
thirty-two.
