Chap. 332.—An ACT to amend and re-enact chapter 295 of the acts of assembly
of 1928, entitled an act to authorize the boards of supervisors of the counties
of Gloucester, Mathews and King William to appropriate funds for the
purpose of contributing towards placing markers upon the graves of Con-
federate soldiers buried in such counties. [H B 163]

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That chapter
two hundred and ninety-five of the acts of assembly of nineteen hundred
and twenty-eight, be amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:
Chapter 295. The boards of supervisors of the counties of Glou-
cester, Mathews and King William are hereby authorized and em-
powered to appropriate out of any monies in the county treasury. not
otherwise appropriated, such sums as they may deem proper, for the
purpose of contributing towards placing suitable markers upon the
graves of Confederate soldiers buried in said counties.
