Chap. 329.—An ACT to repeal chapter 400 of the acts of assembly of 1928,
entitled an act to amend and re-enact chapter 413 of the acts of 1926, en-
titled an act to prescribe the open and closed seasons for partridge and deer
in the county of Dinwiddie, approved March 23, 1928. [H B 155]

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That chapter
four hundred of the acts of assembly of nineteen hundred and twenty-
eight, entitled an act to amend and re-enact chapter four hundred and
thirteen of the acts of nineteen hundred and twenty-six, entitled an
act to prescribe the open and closed season for partridge and deer in
the county of Dinwiddie, approved March twenty-third, nineteen hun-
dred and twenty-eight, be, and the same 1s hereby, repealed.

2. Nothing in this act shall be construed as repealing the provis-
ions of chapter four hundred and thirteen of the acts of assembly of
nineteen hundred and twenty-six.
