Chap. 308.—An ACT to provide that a voting place for a magisterial district of
counties may be held in cities when wholly surrounded by a magisterial

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That when
any city, in this Commonwealth, lies wholly within the bounds of any
magisterial district, of any county, that a voting place for such magis-
terial district, or any election district therein, in any election, may be
located within the boundaries of such city.
