1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That an
act to provide for the payment of bounties for the killing of certain
predatory birds and animals, approved March tenth, nineteen hundred
and twenty, be and the same is hereby repealed.

2. An emergency existing, this act shall be effective from its
passage.
