location of route 33 where it approaches the city of Roanoke. [IS B 81]

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
State highway commission be and it is hereby authorized to change
the location of route thirty-three so that it will extend along a different
route from or near the point where the said highway crosses Carvins
creek on a bridge adjacent to the lands of H. T. Hall and W. W.
Boxley, being about four miles north of the city of Roanoke, and so
that it will follow a new line across the lands of W. W. Boxley and
others to or near the point where the said route thirty-three, after
leaving the city of Roanoke, first intersects the Harshberger road.
