Chap. 189.—An ACT to revoke and annul the right and authority of the board
of supervisors of Carroll county to issue any other or further bonds, under
the provisions of chapter 226, of the acts of assembly of 1928, which was an
act authorizing said board to issue $75,000.00 of bonds for the construction
and improvement of the roads and bridges in the Pine Creek district in said

Whereas, the board of supervisors of Carroll county heretofore
issued and sold twenty-five thousand dollars of bonds of said county
under and by virtue of the provisions of chapter three hundred and
fifty-three of the acts of assembly of nineteen hundred and twenty-
eight, which was an act to authorize and empower the said board to
issue and sell seventy-five thousand dollars of bonds to raise money
for the purpose of repairing, improving, constructing and hard sur-
facing certain roads in Pine Creek magisterial district in said county,
and,
Whereas, it is not deemed advisable by the said board of super-
visors to issue any additional bonds under the provisions of said act;
now, therefore,
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
authority to issue any other or further bonds of said county of Carroll
by virtue of the provisions of the aforesaid act of assembly, be, and the
same is hereby, revoked, annulled and declared to be of no other or
further force or effect whatever.
