Chap. 187.-—-An ACT to repeal chapter 358 of the acts of assembly of 1928, en-
titled an act to authorize and empower the board of supervisors of the county
of Carroll to borrow money, not in excess of $75,000.00, and to issue bonds
of the county therefor, for the purpose of surveying, constructing, repairing
and improving certain roads and bridges, for Laurel Fork magisterial dis-
trict of said county, and to provide for the payment of the interest on such
bonds and to create a sinking fund to redeem the principal thereof at maturity,
approved March 21, 1928. [H B 292]

Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That chapter
three hundred and fifty-eight of the acts of assembly of nineteen hun-
dred and twenty-eight, be, and the same is hereby, repealed.
