1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That chapter
eight hundred and twenty-nine of the acts of eighteen hundred and
ninety-nine and nineteen hundred, entitled an act to create Ettrick
school district, in Matoaca school district of Chesterfield county, ap-
proved March sixth, nineteen hundred, and all acts amendatory thereof
