Chap. 126.—An ACT authorizing the counties of Isle of Wight and Warwick to
make an equal division of the taxes levied upon the bridge of the James river
bridge, owned by the James River Bridge Corporation, which crosses James
river, connecting the said counties. [H B 254]

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
counties of Isle of Wight and Warwick be, and they are hereby,
authorized, empowered and directed to make an equal division of the
taxes assesed upon the bridge of the James River Bridge Corporation,
crossing James river and connecting the said counties.
