Chap. 72.—An ACT to amend and re-enact chapter 231 of the acts of the
general assembly of Virginia, relative to the time of commencement of
the regular terms of the circuit court of the twenty-eighth judicial circuit,

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
time of commencement of the regular terms of the circuit courts of
the twenty-eighth judicial circuit shall be as follows:

2. In the county of Isle of Wight.—The first Mondays in Jan-
uary, March, May, July, September and November.

3. In the city of Portsmouth—The fourth Mondays in January,
February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, Octo-
ber, November and December.
4. In the county of Princess Anne.—The first Mondays in
February, April, June, August, October and December.

5. In the county of Surry—The fourth Tuesdays in January,
March, May. September and November, and July twelfth.
