Chap. 58.—An ACT to authorize the boards of supervisors of the counties of
Wythe, Grayson, Carroll and Pulaski to appropriate certain sums of money
for the expenses of the judge of the twenty-first judicial circuit. [H B 124]

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
boards of supervisors of the counties of Wythe, Grayson, Carroll
and Pulaski be, and they are hereby, authorized and empowered to
appropriate and pay annually out of the general county funds of
their respective counties. for the years nineteen hundred and twenty-
eight, and nineteen hundred and twenty-nine, a sum of money not
exceeding one hundred and fifty dollars by each county for each

year, on the expenses of the judge of the twenty-first judicial circuit,
which is composed of the said four counties.

2. An emergency existing, this act shall be in force from its
passage.
