money loaned to the State of Virginia, under the Robertson act, in excess of

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That there be
drawn, by the proper officer, upon the highway funds of the State of
Virginia, a warrant, payable to the town of Wakefield, for eighteen
hundred and forty-six dollars and thirty cents, it being the interest on
money loaned to the State of Virginia in excess of the amount required
for the construction of projects four hundred and fifty-nine, route
three hundred and ninety-two, under the Robertson act.
